Return & refund policy
*Please note that all our customers will be able to return only damaged goods with a photo clearly showing evidence of damage, but the customer is liable for shipping cost of the return. African Market Dubai must be notified of such returns within 4 hours for perishable goods and 24 hours for non perishable goods, for the returned goods to be valid. The customer’s refund or replacement will be processed within 5 working days after the receipt of the goods. Customer is also entitled to cancel order within 3 hours prior notice before order is dispatched. However if a customer decides to cancel an already dispatched order, the customer is liable to pay 40% of the total order.

We actively work to ensure you receive your goods in the best of condition and quality when it reaches you and this is one of the reason we use the best delivery service. However, if goods are damaged in transit or compromised in quality, African Market Dubai will provide the affected customer with a refund.
To start the refund process, please send us a picture showing the damage through email on email@example.com or via Whatsapp and we will get the refund processed within 5 working days of receipt of the images showing the damage. Refunds will only be respected and processed if we are notified within 3 days of you receiving the damaged goods.
