Return & refund policy
Please note that all our customers will be able to return damaged and non-damaged goods, but the customer is liable for shipping cost of the return. African Market Dubai must be notified of such returns within 1 day for perishable food and 3 days for non perishable goods of the customer returning the goods for the return to be valid. The customers refund will be processed within 5 working days of receipt of the goods.

We actively work to ensure you receive your goods in the best of condition and quality when it reaches you and this is one of the reason we use the best delivery service. However, if goods are damaged in transit or compromised in quality, African Market Dubai will provide the affected customer with a refund.
To start the refund process, please send us a picture showing the damage through email on email@example.com or via Whatsapp and we will get the refund processed within 5 working days of receipt of the images showing the damage. Refunds will only be respected and processed if we are notified within 3 days of you receiving the damaged goods.
