Whole Country Onion / Rondelles African Spices 30g

Country onion, also called rondelles are used in a lot of African dishes and traditional medicine. They are from a West African rain forest tree with strong garlic flavour.
Soak country onion in water overnight to soften before grinding or grate the dry country onions to powder.
